Terms & Conditions/Return Policy

  • The monthly subscription includes 1 bin only
  • Client will be provided a bin for placing their dry recyclables 
  • Collection is on weekly basis on weekdays excluding any public holidays
  • Customers are to provide suitable access to the collection bin for Green Truck team
  • Bin is to be returned in case of subscription cancellation
  • The subscription can be on hold upon request for a period not less than 1 month and not more than 3 months
  • Pick up schedule might be changed with prior notice
  • Any cancellation are subject to 30 days notice
  • Minimum time of subscription is 6 months
